Background: Being the founder of the HwF Kage liked to keep things his way. He held the first title the HwF ever had. Being the owner he would do anything he could to keep it. Finally he lost it once to Suicide Kyd, then it went on to Scab.

This built a rivalry between the original HwF. Not having the title for a while he finally put the C.E.O. up for grabs, so he could get some cheap-pops. Which was lost to Kyd then to Scab. Do we see a pattern?

After a long time of not having power Kage finaly snapped when Suicide Kyd came to his house. Kage burtally beat down Suicide right there in his own living room while watching MTV2. The C.E.O. position was in Scab's possession at this time, and he didn't like doing things other people's ways. Kage being as sly as he his tricked Scab into making a match for them two. Scab amazingly won by setting Kage on fire.

Kage finally made a return with a new look... the masked look. And also with a manager, C-more Studly. Studly brought out the rage in Kage, leading him to holding the top 3 belts in the HwF at that time.

Finally the founding point of the Rebirth of the HwF, a "Triple Threat, Championship, Owners" match. Kage thought he would stay the Champ and the owner but amazingly Suicid Kyd won the match by pinning Kage after a high-flying frog splash. Kage was injured after this match from Kyd's knee hitting his groin. He has not returned but is still planning a comeback.
